| The Audit Department is currently in the process of upgrading the WinJammer software so that future transmissions of financial statements to the CME will be made via the Internet. The current method of transmitting statements to our bulletin board system (BBS) will be phased out some time during the fourth quarter of this year. You will be notified of an exact date when it becomes available. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide ample time for clearing firms to obtain Internet access if they do not already have it. Specifically, you will need to ensure that the computer running WinJammer has the ability to send and receive E-mail. In addition to using the Internet for transmitting statements, we are also developing a WinJammer Web site, www.wjammer.com, that will allow users to install WinJammer over the Internet, download updated files, and obtain technical support and news about WinJammer.
